Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process for your convenience.

Payment Policy: We accept Cash (Santa Cruz only), Credit / Debit, and Venmo.

Cash / COD / Cash on Delivery – Limited to Santa Cruz Residents only.
Credit / Debit Card – Upon submitting your order, you will be contacted by a customer service representative to confirm your order and process your payment.
Venmo – You will be asked to provide your Venmo Account Name upon checkout. An invoice will be sent to your account to settle payment.

Shipping Time Frame:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS and typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Origin:

  • All products are shipped from our facility in Santa Cruz, California. COD orders are limited to local Santa Cruz consumers only.

Shipping Methods:

  • All orders ship out the next day using USPS.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs:

  • Enjoy free shipping. There is no additional charge for nationwide shipping.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:

  • If your order has yet to arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered promptly.
